That's what I'm doing. I undergoing a metamophosis from semi-depressed keyboard jockey to energetic and happy keyborad jockey. The difference is upping the worout anti from sort of going swimming a couple of times a week and going on 1 bike ride and maybe, if I feel like it, going for a short run to going swimming and then for a run or going for a long bike ride followed by a good swim work out or run. The difference in how I feel is remarkable and astounding. I love it.
